About Me
Matt Ites is a conscientious REALTOR® known for his credibility, commitment, and determination. His passion for real estate is evident through his excellent communication skills and his warm, honest, and approachable demeanor. Matt is a high-touch agent whose success is built almost entirely on positive referrals, a testament to his unmatched dedication and the trust he’s earned from his clients.
A proud Missouri native, Matt grew up in Fenton after being adopted from Peru by his father, a military veteran. Following in his father’s footsteps, he enlisted in the United States Army in 2007, serving honorably with the 10th Mountain Division out of Fort Drum, New York. During his deployment to Iraq as an infantryman, Matt earned several distinctions, including the Expert Infantryman Badge, Combat Infantryman Badge, and Good Conduct Medal.
After his military service, Matt continued his family’s tradition of hard work and precision by becoming a machinist, inspired by his grandfather, an original Seabee in the U.S. Navy during World War 2.
Today, Matt applies that same discipline, leadership, and “never-quit” mindset to real estate. He is dedicated to helping homeowners and buyers throughout Missouri achieve their goals with confidence and clarity.
Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys working out, cycling, and cheering on his favorite sports teams, the St. Louis Blues, St. Louis Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, and Cincinnati Bengals.
